    Course Objectives:  

    By the end of a PolyWorks|Inspector™ Probing training course, you will understand how to:

    • Interface with PolyWorks®
    • Define measurement plans with or without reference information
    • Inspect parts by probing, using a variety of measurement tools
    • Review, report and share your inspection results
    • Inspect multiple pieces
  • PolyWorks | Inspector™ Standard Training

    A PolyWorks|Inspector™ Standard training course is 3 days.

    Course Objectives:  

    By the end of a PolyWorks|Inspector™ training course, you will understand how to:

    • Interface with PolyWorks®
    • Define measurement plans with or without reference information
    • Inspect parts by probing and scanning, using a variety of measurement tools
    • Review, report and share your inspection results
    • Inspect multiple pieces
    • Extract measurement information from scanned data
    • Analyse and display captured scanned data
  • PolyWorks | Inspector™ Premium Training  

    A PolyWorks|Inspector™ Premium training course is 4 days.

    Course Objectives:  

    A PolyWorks|Inspector™ Premium training course builds on the skills acquired in a PolyWorks|Inspector™ Standard training course, so that you can additionally:

    • Demonstrate how to use additional industry specific measurement tools
    • Provide a deeper understanding of the scanning and probing tools
    • Highlight processes that will suit your applications and hardware
  • PolyWorks | Inspector™ CMM Training

    CMM training can be added to your PolyWorks® Inspection training courses. This additional one-day’s training will focus on your specific Co-ordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) or a virtual version of a CMM if the hardware is not available, via simulation.

    Course Objectives

    By the end of a PolyWorks|Inspector™ CMM training course, you will understand how to:

    • Create, calibrate & change tools and tool orientations
    • Create online/offline measurement sequences
    • Utilise your CMM capabilities
  • PolyWorks | Modeler™ Standard Training

    A PolyWorks|Modeler™ Standard training course is 3 days.

    Course Objectives:  

    By the end of a PolyWorks|Modeler™ Standard training course, you will understand how to:

    • Interface with PolyWorks®
    • Acquire and organise your scan data
    • Edit and optimise the polygonal model
    • Model prismatic shapes using sketching tools
  • PolyWorks | Modeler™ Premium Training  

    A PolyWorks|Modeler™ Premium training course is 4 days.

    Course Objectives:  

    A PolyWorks|Modeler™ Premium training course develops the skills acquired in a PolyWorks|Modeler™ Standard training course further, so that you additionally understand:

    • How to create and manipulate curves to generate NURBS surfaces
    • How to fit, optimise and export NURBS models
    • Alternative methods and solutions for reverse engineering
  • PolyWorks | Inspector + Modeler™ Training

    A PolyWorks|Inspector + Modeler™ training course is 5 days.

    Course Objectives:  

    This course will bridge the gap between our Inspection and Reverse Engineering courses, allowing you to develop the skills acquired in both packages. By the end of a PolyWorks|Inspector + Modeler™ training course, you will understand how to:

    • Interface with PolyWorks®
    • Carry out full part inspections with probe and scan data
    • Review, report and share your inspection results
    • Inspect multiple pieces
    • Edit and optimise the polygonal model
    • Model prismatic shapes using sketching tools
    • Create and optimise curves to generate NURBS surfaces
